Portobello Fiesta Taco Bowl

¡aye, taco bowl tuesday! 🌮

it’s always a MF’ing fiesta around here, even during quarantine.


marinated portobello mushroom strips in olive oil, garlic, chili powder, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, pink salt + black pep. drizzled olive oil over sliced peppers and onions, baked on 350 for ~12 min.


romaine-iceberg lettuce salad topped with homemade spanish rice, crushed blue corn tortilla chips, tomatoes + fre$h guacamole with hemp seeds. add the baked mushroom, peppers and onions in a bowl - give thanks, do alil’ dance and enjoy!
