WILD BLUEBERRY - COCONUT BITES

wild blueberries contain 2x more fiber, 8x more manganese (essential for brain function + bone health) than commercially grown blueberries.


this recipe is simple to make, delicious, gluten free + guilt free!


WILD BLUEBERRY-COCONUT BITES

ingredients::

•1 cup frozen wild blueberries

•1 cup gluten free oats

•½ cup almond flour

•3 medjool dates (pitted)

•⅓ cup coconut shreds

•1 tbsp hemp seeds* (optional)


directions::

-add all the ingredients (except the coconut shreds) into a food processor + blend until the mixture comes together.

-scoop out 1 tbsp of the mixture, roll into a ball and roll onto coconut shreds.

-give thanks + IN•joy!
