Superfood 'NOLA

SUPERFOOD ‘NOLA. 😋 satisfy all your quarantine needs with this quick, deliciousAF recipe.

when the supermarkets were cleared in LA, i couldn’t find even oats to make my own granola or a store brand i trust - so i got a little crafty with the bulk nuts + seeds i already had in my kitchen.

nuts, seeds and a little bit maple syrup to tie it all together makes food a delicious granola base for your superfood breakfast bowl. 👊



Superfood ‘Nola

ingredients::

•pecans •chopped walnuts

•chopped cashews

•hemp seeds

•sesame seeds

•coconut flakes

•1/2 cup of coconut oil

•1/2 cup of maple syrup

•pinch of cinnamon + pink salt •1 tablespoon of coconut sugar (optional)


directions:: -mix together, pat down evenly on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

-bake @ 375 for ~20 min.

-give thanks + enjoy!
