Sometimes olive oil can get a little boring on a salad, so I was working on some recipes last summer for salad dressings to share and I came up with this turmeric dressing. The color is so vibrant that I had to call it “Golden Turmeric Dressing.”
It doesn’t have to be JUST a salad dressing, you can use this as a base for a sauce for a veggie stir fry, or a seafood dish!
6 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
juice of one (or two) lemon
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
himalayan pink salt to taste
