Crispy Kale Chips

Crispy kale chips and natural lighting. It’s the little things in the life that make me so happy. Ahhhh, it feels so good to be back in my kitchen after traveling and settling in from my most recent work-cation! And I just found out I’ll be traveling again in a few months to LONDON for a huge media conference we’ll be producing! So, to celebrate (and since I’m hungry..) I decided to whip up some super simple crispy kale chips! I like to add a little spice to my kale chips so feel free to swap out any of the spices for some of your favorites.


Crispy Kale Chips Ingredients:

-1 head of organic kale, rinsed, dried and chopped

-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

-Pink salt

-Garlic powder

-Chili powder

-Cayenne pepper

Directions:

-Pre-heat oven to 300F

-Rinse and thoroughly dry kale leaves, and remove the stems

-Add kale leaves to large bowl and massage oil into kale and add spices/herbs

-Spread leaves out onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper

-Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the pan then bake for another 12-15 minutes until the kale chips begin to crisp

-Cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes

-DEVOUR!
